Treat Borderline personality disorder: The depression that is taking on everybody
Borderline personality disorder(BPD) is a chronic condition that may include mood instability,difficulty in interpersonal relationship, high rates of self injury and suicidal behaviour.
The person suffering from BPD doubt about its self image and causes himself self injury and also take suicidal actions to end their life. BPD is mainly seen in young adults than grown ups.
BPD are highly sensitive to separation and these causes them very distressful, angry and depressed.

Causes
Environmental factors
The person facing sexual abuse,domestic violence and emotional experience that he faced in his early life make him prone to BPD
Genetics
Genes you inherit from your parents make you more susceptible to BPD
Relationship
Drug or alcohol abused family member or neglected while growing by parents can cause BPD.
Not proper development of brain
The parts of the brain that are the amygdala, hippo campus the orbitofrontal cortex were either smaller than expected or had unusual levels of activity.
These parts of your brain are also responsible for mood regulation, which may account for some of the problems people with BPD have in close relationships.
Treatment
The BPD can be treated so you do not have to worry about it. So you can treat them by these processes
Community mental health team
This team provides you with day to day support and treatment and see that you become less independent on other people in your life. This team include social workers, counselors, community mental health nurses, Occupational therapist which all have one single motto to help the society and stop the suffering of people to help them lead an happy life.
Care approach program
In This program an assessment of your problems is done based on your social and mental needs and a plan is created for you to treat you.
You are given a care coordinator who usually is a member of community mental health team who reviews and make changes in your plan accordingly on weekly basis to help you in your progress of line of treatment.
Psychotherapy
In this therapy the trained person analyses your behavior and mental state to understand the way how you think and feel in a given situation. This helps him to guide you towards the main problem by making the transition in attitude and behavior of a person. This changes makes the person feel better and take the control over his thoughts and feelings.
Dialectical behaviour therapy(DBT)
DBT therapy deals mainly with the emotional and how the person think about himself

Mentalisation based therapy (MBT)
Mentalisation is the ability to think about thinking. This means examining your own thoughts and beliefs, and assessing whether they're useful, realistic and based on reality.
This therapy helps the person with BPD to self think and analyze when he has suicidal and self harming thoughts rather than acting very urgently on it.
The goal of MBT is to improve your ability to recognize your own and others' mental states, learn to "step back" from your thoughts about yourself and others and examine them to see if they're valid.
Art and creative therapies
This therapy includes art therapy ,dance therapy,drama and music therapy.
These therapy helps the people to express themselves which they find it difficult to express verbally.
These art therapies are run by a trained therapies who can help you think what you have created and whether it relates to your thoughts and experiences.
